How to assign a shortcut

macOS uses its built-in Services mechanism to pass selected text to Ogma. You just need to assign a key combination once in System Settings.

Open System Settings and go to Keyboard.

Click Keyboard Shortcuts… at the bottom of the Keyboard pane.

Select Services in the left sidebar.

Scroll down to the Text group and find "Translate with Ogma". Enable the checkbox if it's not already on.

Double-click the shortcut column to the right of "Translate with Ogma" and press your desired key combination (e.g. ⌥ ⌘ O).

After assigning the shortcut, select any text in any app and press it — Ogma opens instantly with that text ready to translate.

Tastaturkürzel zuweisen

macOS nutzt den integrierten Services-Mechanismus, um markierten Text an Ogma weiterzuleiten. Du musst das Tastaturkürzel nur einmal in den Systemeinstellungen zuweisen.

Systemeinstellungen öffnen und zu Tastatur navigieren.

Auf Tastaturkürzel… am unteren Rand des Tastatur-Bereichs klicken.

Dienste in der linken Seitenleiste auswählen.

Zur Gruppe Text scrollen und „Mit Ogma übersetzen" finden. Häkchen aktivieren, falls noch nicht gesetzt.

Doppelklick auf die Kürzel-Spalte rechts neben „Mit Ogma übersetzen" und gewünschte Tastenkombination drücken (z. B. ⌥ ⌘ O).

Nach der Zuweisung: Text in einer beliebigen App markieren, Kürzel drücken – Ogma öffnet sich sofort mit dem markierten Text.

Attribuer un raccourci clavier

macOS utilise le mécanisme Services intégré pour transmettre le texte sélectionné à Ogma. Il suffit d'attribuer une combinaison de touches une seule fois dans Réglages Système.

Ouvrir Réglages Système et aller dans Clavier.

Cliquer sur Raccourcis clavier… en bas du panneau Clavier.

Sélectionner Services dans la barre latérale gauche.

Faire défiler jusqu'au groupe Texte et trouver « Traduire avec Ogma ». Cocher la case si elle ne l'est pas encore.

Double-cliquer sur la colonne raccourci à droite de « Traduire avec Ogma » et appuyer sur la combinaison souhaitée (p. ex. ⌥ ⌘ O).

Une fois le raccourci attribué, sélectionnez du texte dans n'importe quelle app et appuyez dessus — Ogma s'ouvre instantanément avec ce texte prêt à traduire.

Asignar un atajo de teclado

macOS usa el mecanismo Servicios integrado para enviar el texto seleccionado a Ogma. Solo necesitas asignar una combinación de teclas una vez en Configuración del Sistema.

Abrir Configuración del Sistema y dirigirse a Teclado.

Hacer clic en Atajos de teclado… en la parte inferior del panel Teclado.

Seleccionar Servicios en la barra lateral izquierda.

Desplazarse hasta el grupo Texto y encontrar «Traducir con Ogma». Activar la casilla si aún no lo está.

Hacer doble clic en la columna de atajo a la derecha de «Traducir con Ogma» y presionar la combinación deseada (p. ej. ⌥ ⌘ O).

Tras asignar el atajo, selecciona cualquier texto en cualquier app y presiónalo — Ogma se abre al instante con ese texto listo para traducir.
