Local Processing (default)
By default, all documents and medical billing data remain exclusively on your device and are processed locally. There is no transmission, storage, or sharing of your documents with third parties. No personal data is collected, analyzed, or transmitted to servers.
Optional iCloud Synchronization
If you opt in to iCloud synchronization, your medical billing data will be encrypted and transferred to Apple iCloud (CloudKit) to synchronize data across your own Apple devices. We do not access, analyze, or share these data with third parties.
Apple may technically be able to access data stored in standard iCloud unless you enable Apple's “Advanced Data Protection”, which provides end-to-end encryption. iCloud may store data in locations inside and outside the EU/EEA.
Enabling iCloud sync is voluntary. You can withdraw consent at any time by disabling synchronization in the app settings and deleting stored data from your iCloud account.

Lokale Verarbeitung (Standard)
Standardmäßig verbleiben alle Dokumente und medizinischen Rechnungsdaten ausschließlich auf Ihrem Gerät und werden lokal verarbeitet. Es findet keine Übertragung, Speicherung oder Weitergabe Ihrer Dokumente an Applicay oder an Dritte statt. Es werden keine personenbezogenen Daten gesammelt, ausgewertet oder an Server übermittelt.
Optionale iCloud-Synchronisation
Wenn Sie sich für die iCloud-Synchronisation entscheiden, werden Ihre medizinischen Rechnungsdaten verschlüsselt an Apple iCloud (CloudKit) übertragen, um die Synchronisation zwischen Ihren eigenen Apple-Geräten zu ermöglichen. Wir greifen nicht auf diese Daten zu und geben sie nicht an Dritte weiter.
Apple kann technisch auf Daten in der Standard‑iCloud zugreifen, sofern Sie nicht den "Erweiterten Datenschutz" aktivieren, der eine Ende‑zu‑Ende‑Verschlüsselung bietet. iCloud kann Daten innerhalb und außerhalb der EU/EEA speichern.
Die Aktivierung der iCloud‑Synchronisation ist freiwillig. Sie können Ihre Einwilligung jederzeit widerrufen, indem Sie die Synchronisation in den App‑Einstellungen deaktivieren und gespeicherte Daten in Ihrem iCloud‑Account löschen.
